MPH Health Care AG: Significant dividend increase from 0.12 EUR to 0.20 EUR per share approved

Berlin, July 13, 2018: The shareholders of MPH Health Care AG (ISIN: DE000A0L1H32) approved the proposed dividend increase for fiscal 2017 from 0.12 EUR to 0.20 EUR per share at the annual general meeting. The dividend yield of the investment company is currently at around 4 % (Xetra closing price on July 12^th: 5.04 EUR).

All other agenda items were also approved in Berlin with a majority of over 99%.

"With our focus on investments in the German healthcare market, we are benefiting from the positive market developments," says Patrick Brenske, CEO of MPH. "Our listed investments HAEMATO AG, M1 Kliniken and CR Capital Real Estate are performing very well. We are therefore confident that we will be able to distribute an attractive dividend in the coming years as well".

In addition to the attractive dividend yield, MPH also has a high net asset value (NAV). As of March 31, 2018, this was 6.25 EUR per share.
