KROMI shares listed in General Standard

Hamburg, December 21, 2018 - KROMI Logistik AG (KROMI), a manufacturer-independent expert in optimising tool availability and tool deployment in machining operations, has announced that its shares (ISIN: DE000A0KFUJ5, WKN: A0KFUJ) are listed on the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of today.

On August 29, 2018, the Managing Board of KROMI applied to the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the revocation of the admission of KROMI shares to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) pursuant to Section 57 of the Exchange Rules of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As of today, KROMI shares are listed on the regulated market (General Standard) after the expiry of the period of three months following the publication of the revocation decision by the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.de).
