Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG completes capital increase with gross proceeds of EUR 2.6 million

Berlin, April 27, 2016 - As announced in the ad hoc release of April 26, 2016, Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG (ISIN DE000A1MMHE3) has placed 1,318,959 new shares at a subscription price of EUR 2.00 with existing and new investors. This capital increase was announced on April 6, 2016.

We will use the funds primarily for the company's working capital financing. On the basis of current business planning, the company has sufficient financial resources for the current year."
