Preliminary financial figures 2017 and forecast for financial year 2018

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following preliminary figures:

In financial year 2017, the Einhell Group achieved revenues of around EUR 553 million in comparison with the previous year of EUR 487.2 million. This is equivalent to an increase of around 13%. Fortunately, sales increased in all regions of the Einhell Group. Therefore, the reached figures were slightly above the issued forecast.

Forecast:

For the business year 2018, the Einhell-Group assumes an increase in turnover to around EUR 600 million and profitability before taxes of around 6.5% to 7%.
