Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG buys one asset in Hannover-Ronnenberg

Rostock, 24 April 2018 - Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) acquired a production and logistics property.

The object in Ronnenberg in the Hannover region (Lower Saxony) is one of the two locations of the natural cosmetics manufacturer Lavera. With a rental space of approx. 31,000 sqm and an annualised net cold rent of approx. EUR 1.0 million, the purchase price amounts to EUR 9.5 million. The lease still runs for 3 years. The net initial yield is 10.5%

The transfer of ownership is expected in June 2018.
