CHORUS Clean Energy AG: CHORUS share to be included in SDAX

Neubiberg/Munich, August 9, 2016 - Deutsche Börse has decided to include the shares of CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS") in the SDAX stock market index with effect from 11 August 2016. Besides the high transparency requirements of the Prime Standard, the CHORUS share fulfils all relevant criteria regarding market capitalisation and trading volume for the admission to the SDAX. Thus, CHORUS is one of the 130 largest companies in Germany that are listed in the stock market indices DAX, MDAX and SDAX.

This is a validation of our strategy and makes our share even more interesting for German as well as international investors. Since July 28, 2016 Capital Stage is offering all CHORUS shareholders the exchange of three (3) CHORUS shares for five (5) Capital Stage shares. The implied offer price amounts to 11.50 Euros* per CHORUS share, which corresponds to an attractive premium of 36 percent**. CHORUS shareholders can accept the offer until September 16, 2016.
