Change in Supervisory Board of asknet AG
Karlsruhe, May 31, 2016 - With effect as of the end of this year's ordinary shareholder meeting on 1 July 2016, Michael Neises will succeed Marc Wurster as member of the supervisory board of asknet AG. Michael Neises (44) is attorney-at-law at the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Frankfurt with a special focus on capital market transactions. Prior to studying law, Michael Neises completed a bank apprenticeship with Deutsche Bank. He gained international work experience in Japan, South-East Asia and London. He is qualified both as a German "Rechtsanwalt" (attorney-at-law) and a Solicitor (England & Wales).
"As one of the major shareholders, Michael Neises has been committed to asknet AG already for some years now. We welcome him also for his expertise in international capital market transactions to our supervisory board. asknet AG is on a growth path again and we are looking forward to our future collaboration," says Tobias Kaulfuss, CEO of asknet AG. At the same time, the executive board and the supervisory board also thank Marc Wurster who will step down from the supervisory board as of the end of the ordinary shareholder meeting 2016 and who has been successfully serving as a member of the supervisory board since 2004. "Through his profound advice, Marc Wurster has played a key role in the development of asknet AG and the now completed consolidation phase.
