Buyback of Own Shares for Employee Share Issue - 8th Weekly Report

In the period from November 7, 2016 up to and including November 13, 2016, a total of 5,739 individual shares were acquired within the share buyback program for the 2016/2017 employee share issue. The initiation of the share buyback program was communicated by announcement dated July 11, 2016 pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Article 2 (3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The total number of shares bought back on a day-by-day basis in the period from November 7, 2016 up to and including November 13, 2016, volume- weighted average prices, and volumes in euros are as follows:

The total number of shares bought back within the share buyback program in the period from August 1, 2016 up to and including November 13, 2016 amounts to 48,140 shares. Hence the share buyback program has been completed.

The share buyback has been executed by BHF-BANK AG exclusively via the stock market and using the electronic XETRA trading system.
