mybet Holding SE terminates talks with strategic investor

Berlin, June 12, 2018. Today, the Management Board of mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A2LQ009) decided to stop the talks with a potential investor announced in the ad-hoc release on March 9, 2018. The background to this are differences of opinion concerning the implementation of strategic and operational collaboration in the online sector. The talks had initially been conducted on an exclusive basis for a 30-day period.

As announced in the two ad-hoc releases of mybet Holding SE of May 7, 2018, the company continues to work at full speed on the financial restructuring.
