Johannes Meran, member of the Management Board of GxP German Properties AG (ISIN: DE000A2E4L00, SCN: A2E4L0), has today informed the company that he will resign from office on 23 April 2018 and, per his own wishes, leave the Management Board of the company to seek new business challenges. An agreement to this effect has been entered into between the company, represented by its Supervisory Board, and Mr Meran.

The Supervisory Board thanks Mr Meran for his commitment and his services to GxP German Properties AG and wishes him all the best for the future, both professionally and privately.
