Godewind Immobilen AG acquires office building for a purchase price of EUR 30.5 million

Frankfurt, 24 October 2018. Godewind Immobilien AG in Frankfurt am Main, a real estate company specialising in German commercial property ('Godewind', ISIN: DE000A2G8XX3), has signed a notarial purchase agreement for an office building in the greater Munich area with a total rental area of around 18,820 square meters for a purchase price of EUR 30.5 million. The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of this year. The purchase price is initially financed with cash funds from Godewind Immobilien AG.

The weighted average lease term (WALT) is around 3.9 years. The vacancy rate of the property amounts to around 63 percent and the net cold rent amounts to EUR 0.8 million per annum.
