Wirecard AG's Management Board is forecasting earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the fiscal year 2016 in a bandwidth of between EUR 280 million to EUR 300 million.

Not included is potential additional income from the Visa Europe acquisition by Visa Inc.
