Thomas Dressendörfer appointed new Chief Financial Officer of TOM TAILOR Holding AG

Hamburg, 12 April 2016: The Supervisory Board of TOM TAILOR Holding AG has appointed Thomas Dressendörfer (58) to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective 1 July 2016. In this role he will head the departments of finance and accounting, controlling, investor relations, human resources and legal affairs. He succeeds Dr Axel Rebien who is leaving the Company by mutual consent effective as of 30 June 2016. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board thank Dr Rebien for his contributions since his appointment in 2005.

Thomas Dressendörfer has gathered extensive experience as the Chief Financial Officer of listed companies and major corporate divisions and regions. Among others, he previously held CFO positions at Swiss implant manufacturer Straumann and technology firm Uster Technologies, also based in Switzerland.
