CargoWise GmbH, Bremen, informed us pursuant to Section 20 para. 4 AktG, that they own a majority of the shares of Softship Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to Section 16 para. 1 AktG.

WiseTech Global Limited, Alexandria, Australia, informed us pursuant to Section 20 para. 4 AktG, that they own a majority of the shares of Softship Aktiengesellschaft. The shareholding is attributable to WiseTech Global Limited pursuant to Section 16 para. 4 AktG via its controlling interest in CargoWise GmbH, Bremen.

Mr. Richard White, Arncliffe, Australia, informed us pursuant to Section 20 para. 4 AktG, that he owns a majority of the shares of Softship Aktiengesellschaft. The shareholding is attributable to Mr. Richard White pursuant to Section 16 para. 4 AktG via his indirect controlling interest in CargoWise GmbH, Bremen.
