PANTALEON signs MOU for global distribution of up to 5,000 Chinese feature films for pantaflix.com

Berlin / Hong Kong, September 15, 2016 - PANTALEON Entertainment AG has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate with Stephen Lam Ping Kwan's 3a Motion Pictures Limited. The Hong Kong based partner will provide up to 5,000 Chinese movies, offering global distribution via PANTALEON's newly launched video-on-demand platform PANTAFLIX.

With its extensive People's Republic of China network and expertise in the Chinese entertainment market, 3a Motion Pictures Limited will become a PANTAFLIX 'preferred partner', receiving the standard remuneration of 75% for every online rental of their content.

In addition to the agreement about Chinese content for PANTAFLIX, 3a Motion Pictures Limited and PANTALEON are now carrying out discussions about future cooperation and business ventures - in the People's Republic of China and beyond.
