InFin Innovative Finance AG: Letter of Intent signed with Mars One

InFin Innovative Finance AG (Basel, Switzerland), stock listed in Frankfurt, Germany (General Standard, Xetra), and Mars One Merchandise Plc (London, United Kingdom), operates from the Netherlands have undersigned today a Letter of intent. The transaction provides for the company to acquire the entire issued share capital of Mars One Merchandise Plc. Following the anticipated completion of this transaction the company shall be named Mars One Merchandise AG. The founder of Mars One, Bas Lansdorp, plans to act as Chairman and the acting CEO of InFin Innovative Finance AG, Professor Moritz Hunzinger, will act as CEO of Mars One Merchandise AG (Basel, Switzerland). An Extraordinary General Meeting shall be held as soon as possible.
