Holmes Investment Properties Plc (HIP) has received an offer from its partners, David Lloyd Adventure Parks (DLAP), to buy out HIP's shareholding in DLAP.

The shareholding owned by HIP is through its 100% owned subsidiary, UK Adventure Parks Ltd.

Discussions are continuing.
