Acquisition of metal and plastics specialist Reum by Grammer AG approved and completed

Amberg, December 28, 2015 - Grammer AG has completed the acquisition of Reum Kunststoff- und Metalltechnik GmbH and Reum Polska Sp.z.o.o., and hence the entire Reum Group following the clearance of the transaction by the competition authorities.

The Reum Group has 950 employees and generated sales of around EUR 130 million in 2014. The purchase price for the share capital of Reum including the acquired properties totals EUR 50 million. The transaction is being financed via Grammer AG's existing credit facilities.

With the acquisition of the Reum Group as a leading specialist in surface, plastics and metal technologies, Grammer will be able to additionally widen its range of products and deliveries and expand its own technological skills.
