DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Capital increases effective

Cologne, 6 July 2016 - The execution of the capital increase against contributions in kind in the amount of EUR 3,707,483 and the cash capital increase in the amount of EUR 7,500,000, both decided in accordance with the insolvency plan confirmed by the court, has today been entered in the Commercial Register at the Cologne local court. Both capital increases are thus effective. The company's share capital now amounts to EUR 11,887,483 and is divided into 11,887,483 registered common shares.
