Cashcloud AG reacts to trade suspension

Basel, July 13, 2016. The Board of Directors of Cashcloud AG (Basel) has decided the following regarding the continuing suspension of trading:

1. It shall be invited on August 2, 2016 a general meeting which is to approve the realignment.

2. An opinion of an international auditing company determines the value of the operating business through a fairness opinion.

3. The Board is in his responsibility for the company is taking appropriate measures for the implementation.

4. An investor group takes over then with the Luxembourg Cashcloud SA the business operations with the related assets and brings the necessary capital for the planned expansion.

5. For speedy implementation a contract is concluded, which is subject to approval by the General Assembly.
