A dividend of EUR 0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2015 will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of A.S. Création Tapeten AG, which is scheduled for April 28, 2016. At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board approved the corresponding profit appropriation proposal submitted by the Managing Board. Due to the loss incurred in the fiscal year 2014, A.S. Création paid no dividend in the previous year.

A.S. Création generated consolidated sales revenues of EUR 166.5 million (previous year: EUR 189.1 million) in the fiscal year 2015. At EUR 7.9 million, earnings before interest and taxes clearly exceeded the previous year's EUR 3.3 million. Having incurred a loss of EUR 9.3 million in the previous year, A.S. Création again posted a profit after taxes of EUR 3.3 million in the fiscal year 2015. The consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015, which include further details, is scheduled for publication on March 17, 2016.

The dividend policy of A.S. Création Tapeten AG provides for a high payout ratio as long as this is permitted by the company's financial situation. Up to the fiscal year 2013, A.S. Création's payout ratio in terms of earnings per share (EPS) had settled at a level of between 45% and 50%. The current dividend proposal of EUR 0.60 per share represents a payout ratio of 50.4% based on the fiscal year's EPS of EUR 1.19. A.S. Création thus continues its consistent dividend policy after the previous year's suspended dividend payment.
