Denton Attorney Achieves Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate by Texas Board of Legal Specialization
DENTON, Texas, June 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) has granted Reecer Law Firm attorney, Kimberly N. Loveland, board certification in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Law. Attorneys who are board certified have expertise in a specialized area of practice. Board certification involves a demanding process; including peer review, continuing legal education, a concentration of work experience in the field of specialization and a six-hour written exam, as well as re-certification requirements every five years. The designation as a board-certified attorney is a recognition of that expertise and helps potential clients to know that an attorney has a focused practice in a specific specialty of Texas Law.
Kimberly concentrates her practice solely on estate planning and estate and trust administration. This includes all aspects estate planning; including charitable giving, family business succession, and asset protection. Her practice also involves estate and trust administration and related litigation.

Kimberly is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida. She received her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law in 2013, magna cum laude; and her L.L.M. in Estate Planning from the Heckerling Graduate Program at the University of Miami School of Law in 2014. The Heckerling Graduate Program allowed Kimberly to develop a high level of technical expertise regarding both the tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning and administration.
Kimberly is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar. Locally, Kimberly is a member of the Denton County Bar Association and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law section. She is also a member of the Collin County Bar Association and its respective Estate Planning and Probate section.
Kimberly lives in Prosper with her husband, Dr. Dustin Loveland, and their three year-old daughter, Amelie.
