Delphi Plans To Offer $500 Mln Of Senior Notes
(RTTNews) - Delphi Corp., a subsidiary of Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH), said Monday that it plans to offer $500 million in aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2024.
Delphi said it expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including to repay its existing $500 million Senior Notes due 2019 and to pay related premiums, fees and expenses. Delphi plans to redeem the 2019 Notes on March 26, 2014, subject to completion of the proposed offering.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are joint book-running managers for the offering.
