DDi Corp. Appoints J. Michael Dodson as Chief Financial Officer

DDi Corp. (NASDAQ:DDIC) (the "Company") today announced the appointment of J. Michael Dodson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective January 21, 2010. Mr. Dodson brings to DDi over 25 years of senior level corporate finance and accounting experience for several publicly-held corporations within the technology industry, including the electronic equipment and semiconductor sectors.

Mr. Dodson’s senior-level, public company finance experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ: ETEL), a Philippines based provider of BPO solutions, Electro Scientific Industries (NASDAQ: ESIO), a high technology manufacturer of electronic equipment, and SpeedFam-IPEC (NASDAQ: SFAM), a high technology manufacturer of semiconductor equipment. Mr. Dodson also previously served as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Novellus Systems (NASDAQ: NVLS), an S&P 500 high technology manufacturer of semiconductor equipment.
