David L. White Joins lanelogic as CFO/COO
lanelogic, Inc., the Wall Street inspired used vehicle trading network
for franchised dealers, named David L. White as its new chief financial
officer and chief operating officer. In this role, Mr. White is
responsible for all operation and financial activities.
Mr. White has more than 20 years of financial experience in both private
and public companies, which includes successfully leading an IPO,
completing numerous acquisitions and reducing debt. Most recently, he
served as vice president of operations for JMsolutions, where he was in
charge of installations, data, support services and quality assurance
for all JMsolutions products for over 3,000 dealers.
Prior to joining JMsolutions, Mr. White was CFO/COO of American Auto
Exchange, Inc. (AAX) where he was responsible for the finance, legal and
operations departments. Under his supervision, AAX grew from one
automotive dealer to more than 700 in three years while achieving
profitability in less than two years. JMsolutions acquired AAX in 2005
and Mr. White led the transition while growing its dealer base from 700
to more than 1,700 dealers. He also has significant experience in
general management and corporate law and is a licensed attorney with the
State Bar of Texas.
Mr. White graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA
in Finance. He also completed the J.D., Southern Methodist University
School of Law as a Sumners Scholar and Order of the Coif.
