Datawatch Q3 Loss Widens - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Datawatch Corp. (DWCH) reported that its fourth-quarter net loss was $2.68 million, or $0.37 per share, wider than $277,000, or $0.04 per share, for the year ago period.

Non-GAAP net loss per share for the quarter was $0.08, compared to net income of $0.08 in the prior year quarter.

Total revenue for the latest fourth quarter was $8.82 million, up 47% from $6.02 million in the comparable quarter last year.

License revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 was $5.80 million, a 60% increase over the $3.62 million recorded in the comparable quarter a year ago.
