Dalenys: Renewal of "Innovative Company” Status by Bpifrance

Dalenys (Brussels:NYS) (Paris:NYS) (ISIN BE0946620946 – Mnemo NYS) is announcing the renewal of the "innovative company” classification awarded by Bpifrance, from 10^th November 2015, for a period of three years. This classification allows mutual funds for innovation (FCPI in France) to make investments in Dalenys.

Obtained for the first time in 2009 and then renewed in 2012, this classification underlines the quality and consistency of Dalenys' investments in research and innovation.

Over the past few years, the company has repositioned itself in the online and point-of-sale payment industry. Its "Payment Marketing” solutions have a strong innovation and technology component and, using financial and marketing data, they allow merchants to reduce fraud levels and optimise their conversion rate.

The company has also integrated the majority of European payment methods into its payment systems in order to accelerate its international growth.
