(RTTNews) - CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI) said second-quarter net income attributable to stockholders dropped to $83.7 million, or 96 cents per share, from $183.4 million, or $2.11 per share last year.

Adjusted net income per share was $0.87, compared to $1.43 last year.
