WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Dec. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CSArch, a leading architecture and engineering design firm in New York State, is excited to announce it has opened a third office in White Plains, New York. Established in response to recent demand for the firm's services in the Westchester County area, the new office enables CSArch to grow its design team, clientele, and project portfolio.
