Croatia's Metronet Deploys Convergys' Infinys Billing Solution in Newly Deregulated Telecom Market; Convergys Implementation Meets Aggressive Service Launch Date
The Convergys on-site consulting team completed the implementationon time and within budget in just five months using Convergys'worldwide implementation best practices learned through over 20 yearsof experience. As part of the solution, Convergys implementedInfinys(TM), its award winning comprehensive, convergent, businesssupport system software.
