Cramo completes the acquisition of the German construction site logistics company KBS Infra GmbH

Cramo Group has, following the fulfilment of the conditions for closing, closed the acquisition of the German construction site logistics company KBS Infra GmbH and its subsidiaries.

The acquisition is fully in line with Cramo´s Group strategy to strengthen its business position in the Central European market and to expand its business model by offering value-adding services. KBS Infra is a leading, high-quality construction site logistics company in Germany, with estimated sales of approximately 35 million euros in 2017.
