Corporate Resource Services Appoints Joseph Ciavarella As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Consulting services firm Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (CRRS) announced the appointment of Joseph Ciavarella as the new chief financial officer, effective today.

Ciavarella joins the company after providing financial consulting services primarily to companies in the financial services and consumer products industries since July 2012.

Prior to that, Ciavarella served as senior vice president and CFO of AboveNet, Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and as vice president and CFO of Langer, Inc. from February 2004 to November 2006.

Earlier, Ciavarella had spent almost 20 years in the financial services industry as a corporate vice president and divisional CFO at both Integrated Resources, Inc. and PaineWebber, Inc. as well as senior vice president of finance at Aviation Capital Group. He began his career at Touche Ross & Co. in 1976.
