Control Magazine Readers' Choice Awards Recognizes AMETEK Instruments AMETEK Spectrometers, Moisture Analyzers and Level Sensors Earn Top Marks in Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
In its 13th annual Readers' Choice Awards, Control magazine ranked AMETEK Process Instruments first among all suppliers in customer service with a perfect 5.0 score for its line of process spectrometers. These products help customers in the refining, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries improve operating efficiency and reduce costs.
AMETEK earned a fourth place overall with a 4.7 rating for its industry-leading line of trace moisture analyzers, while AMETEK Drexelbrook ranked among the top tier with a 4.3 rating for its electrical property-based level transmitters.
In addition, AMETEK Process Instruments and Drexelbrook led the way in their individual categories, and AMETEK Panalarm annunciators--a perennial Readers' Choice favorite for more than a decade--continued to rank high among end users.
The rankings are based on a survey of Control magazine readers who are asked to rate vendors offering exceptional customer service.
