Continental Resources Announces 2-For-1 Stock Split

(RTTNews) - Continental Resources, Inc. (CLR) said Monday that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split of the company's common stock to be issued in the form of a stock dividend.

The additional shares will be distributed on September 10 to shareholders of record on September 3.

Continental Resources Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Harold Hamm, said, "The split signifies our confidence in the Company's growth potential and also increases access to CLR as an investment opportunity for a broader range of investors who want to access the American energy renaissance CLR is helping to lead."
