CONMED Appoints Luke Pomilio CFO, Effective April 1, 2015 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Conmed Corp.(CNMD) announced that it has appointed Luke Pomilio, Controller, as its Executive Vice President or EVP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer or CFO, effective April 1, 2015.

The company said that Robert Shallish, Jr., Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, recently informed the company of his plan to retire on March 31, 2015.

The company also announced that Patrick Beyer, former CEO of ICNet and former head of Stryker Europe, has been appointed President of CONMED International, effective immediately. John Hamilton, Vice President of CONMED International, will retire from the company effective February 28, 2015.

Further, the company also announced that Joseph Darling will be leaving the company following the elimination of his position as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations effective December 31, 2014.

Commenting on Luke Pomilio, the company said he joined CONMED as Controller in September 1995 and subsequently, Pomilio assumed additional responsibility for certain corporate functions including worldwide operations and select administrative functions.

In May 2009, Pomilio was promoted to Vice President, Controller and Corporate General Manager. In March 2013, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Controller and Corporate General Manager and prior to his tenure with CONMED, Pomilio was a manager with Price Waterhouse LLP, the company noted.
