Taking into consideration the ongoing developments it isunderstood the Creditors will agree to the Restructuring Plan of thecompany. In this manner INFOMATEC AG will be in position to restartthe business activities again, emerging successfully from theinsolvency status.

The Investor Group has also proposed to reintegrate the earlierspun off segments of INFORMATEC AG in the current business activities,particularly the retail departments. Thus a number of profitablebusiness segments would be reintegrated in the ongoing INFOMATEC AGbusiness activity.

Together with the approval of the restructuring plan, it is alsoenvisaged to hold an Extra Ordinary share holders meeting , which willdecide the future business activities of the company.
