Con-way Profit Marginally Falls - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Con-way Inc. (CNW), a provider of freight transportation services, Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $11.7 million or $0.20 per share compared with $11.8 million or $0.21 per share last year.

Excluding items, adjusted earnings for the quarter were $0.23 per share compared with $0.26 per share a year ago.

Revenues for the quarter were $1.357 billion compared with $1.363 billion in the prior year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.21 per share on revenues of $1.36 billion for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
