Compass Diversified Promotes Ryan Faulkingham As CFO

(RTTNews) - Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) Thursday said it has promoted Ryan Faulkingham, currently Director of Financial Reporting, to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective November 30, 2013. Faulkingham succeeds James Bottiglieri, who will retire as of the same date.

Bottiglieri has served as CFO since the company's inception in 2005 and will remain a member of the Board of Directors.

Faulkingham, 36, will report to Chief Executive Alan Offenberg and oversee corporate financial reporting, general accounting, financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and more.

Prior to joining Compass Diversified in 2008, Faulkingham served as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co.
