Comcast Launches 250 Mbps Internet Tier In Oregon & SW Washington - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Comcast Corp. (CMCSK) announced the launch of a new 250 Mbps Internet speed tier, Extreme 250, immediately available for purchase. It will offer this new speed option for customers in Oregon & SW Washington.

"Our new Extreme 250 speed provides a superfast connection for online activities such as gaming, downloading movies, video calling, and more," said Rodrigo Lopez, regional vice president.

Comcast noted that it has invested heavily over the past decade in its network and infrastructure across the Oregon and SW Washington service area, doubling the capacity of its network every 18 months.
