Comcast Calls Customer 'Super B*tch' On Cable Bill

(RTTNews) - Comcast Corp. (CMCSA, CMCSK) has named one of its customers a 'Super B*tch' on her bill, just days after the cable giant apologized for a similar gaffe.

According to 63-year old Mary Bauer from Addison, Illinois, she received a bill addressed to "Super B*tch Bauer". Bauer said she had a very faulty service from Comcast for the past one and half year, for which she had called the customer service "hundreds of times" and received 39 technician visits.

However, when she received a bill, it was addressed to "Super B*tch Bauer" instead of her name. "This is a disgrace to me," Bauer said."Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this."

This latest PR disaster comes just days after Comcast apologized after a customer's name on a bill was changed from Ricardo Brown to 'A**hole' Brown, ostensibly by a disgruntled employee who tried to get the customer to retain her current cable service and sign a two-year contract.

In the past, Comcast have been criticized for its bad customer service, and the latest incidents just proves the claims.
