Cohen & Steers, Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the third quarter of 2013 in the amount of $0.20 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on September 27, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2013.
