(RTTNews) - Cognex Corp. (CGNX) reported net income for the second quarter of $25.9 million or $0.29 per share, compared to $16.8 million or $0.19 per share for the year-ago quarter.

Adjusted earnings per share for the latest second quarter were $0.32, compared with $0.21 last year.

Revenue for the second quarter rose 26% to $108.80 million from $86.51 million a year ago.
