Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc Reports 15% Retreat In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc (CCE) revealed earnings for third quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit dropped to $193 million, or $0.84 per share. This was lower than $227 million, or $0.92 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.81 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 15.0% to $1.82 billion. This was down from $2.14 billion last year.
