    PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2005--Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER(R) consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of six cents per share.
    This dividend will be payable June 1, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2005. It is the Company's 417th regular quarterly dividend.
