ChipMOS Tech. Dec. Revenue Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ChipMOS Technologies Ltd. (IMOS), a provider of semiconductor testing services, said revenues for the month of December 2014 rose 16.6% to NT$1.91 billion, or $60.3 million from NT$1.63 billion, or $51.7 million, a year ago.

For the fourth quarter of 2014, revenue was NT$5,796.5 million or $183.4 million, an increase of 18.5% from the same period in 2013. This is at the high-end of the company's guidance, which called for revenue to be flat to down in the low single digits, as compared to the third quarter of 2014.

Looking ahead, the firm sees consolidated gross margin in the range of around 23% to 26% for the fourth quarter of 2014.
