China Green Agriculture Affirms 2016 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - While reporting its second-quarter financial results today, China Green Agriculture Inc. (CGA) provided financial outlook for the third quarter and affirmed its outlook for fiscal 2016.

For the third quarter, China Green Agriculture forecast revenue of $75 million to $80 million and net income of $5 million to $7 million, or $0.14 to $0.19 per share based on 37 million fully diluted shares.

For fiscal 2016, the company forecast revenue of $257.6 million to $269.4 million and net income of $21.1 million to $24.1 million, or $0.57 to $0.65 per share based on 37 million fully diluted shares.
