Chesapeake Lodging Trust Q1 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - Chesapeake Lodging Trust (CHSP) Wednesday reported first-quarter funds from operations of $12.1 million or $0.25 per share, down from $6.8 million or $0.09 per share last year.

Net loss for the quarter were $0.2 million or $0.01 per share, compared to $4.9 million or $0.11 per share last year.

Total revenues for the quarter rose to $94.8 million from $70.6 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to post loss of $0.04 per share on revenues of $92.98 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
