Previously, the company projected 2017 adjusted earnings per share, excluding non-cash expense for stock options, costs related to litigation, and other discrete items, to be in the range of $8.10 to $8.20.

Third-quarter adjusted EPS was $2.15, an increase of 24.3% from prior year. Revenue increased 6.3% to $417 million.
