Cheetah Mobile Prices IPO Of 12 Mln ADSs At $14/ADS - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM), a mobile internet company, reported pricing its initial public offering or IPO of 12 million American depositary shares or ADSs, with each ADS representing ten Class A ordinary shares of the company, at $14.00 per ADS, with a total offering size of about $168.0 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. The ADSs would commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 8, 2014 under the symbol "CMCM".
The underwriters were granted an option to buy up to an additional 1.8 million ADSs at the IPO price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint bookrunners and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as co-managers for the IPO.
