Charlotte Hansson Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Cision

Cision AB (STO:CSN) has appointed Charlotte Hansson new Chief Financial Officer for the Group. Charlotte previously served as Chief Financial Officer at the facility management services company Addici and prior to that she worked nine years within Modern Times Group (MTG) in various positions, most recently as Business Area Controller in Stockholm and before that in London.

Charlotte will assume her new position immediately and during the fourth quarter she will work in parallel with Tosh Bruce-Morgan, who announced his decision to leave Cision in June 2013.
